Recurring Subscriptions

All subscriptions on Parrot4Sale are recurring.

This means:

• You are billed automatically on a recurring basis
• The subscription continues until cancelled
• Charges repeat according to the selected billing cycle

Subscriptions are not one-time purchases.

Billing and Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

By subscribing, you authorize Parrot4Sale to charge your selected payment method automatically for each billing period.

If your payment method expires, fails, or is declined:

• Stripe may attempt to retry the charge
• Your subscription may be suspended or cancelled
• Access to paid features may be limited or removed

Parrot4Sale is not responsible for interruptions caused by payment failures.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

• Your account settings on the platform

Cancellation:

• Takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Does not stop or refund an ongoing billing cycle
• Access to paid features remains active until the period ends.

No Refunds

Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.

This includes:

• Partially used billing periods
• Failure to use the subscription
• Account suspension due to misuse or violation of terms

Once a billing period has started, no refunds are issued.

Upgrades and Downgrades

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan.

• Upgrades typically take effect immediately and may result in a prorated charge
• Downgrades usually take effect at the next billing cycle
• Exact behavior depends on the selected plan and Stripe's billing logic.

Changes to Plans and Pricing

Parrot4Sale may modify:

• Subscription plans
• Pricing
• Included features

Changes apply to future billing periods. Continued use of a subscription after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Account Suspension and Subscriptions

If your account is suspended due to violation of platform rules:

• Active subscriptions may be terminated
• No refunds will be issued unless required by law
