Please read these terms carefully before using Parrot4Sale
Parrot4Sale provides a digital marketplace that allows users to create listings and connect with other users. We sell access to the platform and its features, not birds, animals, products, or services listed by users. Parrot4Sale does not own, inspect, transport, broker, or sell any animals listed on the platform.
All transactions, agreements, payments, deliveries, and communications take place directly between users. Parrot4Sale is not a party to any transaction and has no control over: the accuracy of listings, the condition, health, legality, or welfare of animals, or the conduct, intent, or reliability of users. Any dispute, claim, or disagreement must be resolved between buyer and seller.
Users are solely responsible for the content of their listings, including descriptions, images, prices, and claims. Parrot4Sale does not guarantee that listings are genuine, truthful, or complete, free from errors or misrepresentation, or compliant with local laws or regulations. Engaging in transactions through the platform is done at your own risk.
Parrot4Sale does not verify animal health, origin, or breeding conditions, veterinary status or disease history, or compliance with local, national, or international animal trade laws. Users are responsible for ensuring that their activities comply with all applicable laws, including animal welfare, import/export, and ownership regulations.
While we may monitor activity and act on reports, Parrot4Sale does not guarantee the prevention of scams or fraudulent behavior. We reserve the right to remove listings, restrict visibility, or suspend or permanently ban users if we believe, at our sole discretion, that a user is engaged in scam, fraud, abuse, or misuse of the platform.
Listings must comply with our platform rules and applicable laws. We reserve the right to edit, hide, or remove listings without prior notice, remove inactive, expired, or non-compliant listings, or delete listings associated with suspended accounts. Users may delete their own listings at any time, subject to active subscriptions or contractual obligations.
Payments on Parrot4Sale are handled via Stripe. Depending on the plan or feature, this may include subscription fees, listing fees, or platform or service fees. All prices, billing cycles, and fees are clearly presented at the time of purchase. Parrot4Sale is not responsible for disputes related to payments made outside the platform.
We may suspend or terminate accounts without liability if a user violates these terms, engages in misleading or harmful behavior, or poses a risk to other users or the platform. Suspension does not entitle users to refunds unless required by law.
Parrot4Sale may modify platform features, pricing and plans, or these terms and guidelines. Changes take effect when published. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parrot4Sale is not liable for financial loss, emotional distress, health issues, injuries, or damages, or loss arising from user interactions or transactions. Use of the platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
